Walk-in Fume Hood

★ The most important function of the fume hood is the exhaust function, in the chemical laboratory, the experimental operation produces a variety of harmful gases, odor, moisture, and flammable, explosive, corrosive substances, in order to protect the safety of the user, to prevent the spread of pollutants in the experiment to the laboratory, in the vicinity of the source of contamination to be used in the fume hood;
★ Fume hood (all-steel structure, touch control panel);
★ Fume hoods have three conventional sizes: 1200*850*2350, 1500*850*2350 and 1800*850*2350.

Product Details

1, shell: made of galvanized sheet, the overall frame structure is reasonable, its load-bearing properties and stability, with corrosion resistance, fire, moisture and other functions. The process is: cutting boards - bending - welding - grinding - water cleaning and drying - through the body of epoxy resin powder electrostatic spraying high temperature curing corrosion-resistant treatment, film thickness of not less than 100um, its adhesion, impact strength in line with the relevant industry standards; 

2、Cabinet lining: 5mm anti-Beetle board, with good anti-corrosion ability. The deflector plate is a three-stage deflector design, controlling different concentrations of harmful gases discharged from different sections of the area. The liner and deflector plate are fixed with corrosion-resistant parts, and no metal rivets are fixed inside to avoid corrosion of metal rivets, which will shorten the service life of the whole fume cupboard, and the deflector plate can be disassembled for cleaning; 

3、Table top: 12.7mm thick solid-core physical and chemical board for laboratory is used for acid and alkali resistance and corrosion prevention, the surface of the table top is smooth without pores, the edge of the table top is thickened and processed with rounded edges, all the seams are processed with upturned mouths, there is a slot for preventing seepage under the table top, and the connection of the table top adopts a structure for preventing the leakage of liquids;

4、Mobile window system  

(1) mobile window: sliding lift to open the mobile window, with a balance device, the sliding door to open light, can stop at any point of activity. Handle is made of aluminum alloy mold, epoxy resin powder spraying high temperature curing anti-corrosion treatment;

(2) Mobile window glass: composed of a 6mm thick tempered glass, strong visibility, safety and explosion-proof;

(3) Mobile window suspension steel cable: suspension steel cable, can withstand tension 450kg;

(4) Mobile window slide: PP material production;

5、Electrical control panel: adopts touch switch;

6, feet: the use of rubber non-slip pad adjustable feet, adjustable height 20 ~ 40mm;

7, power socket: the use of fume cupboard special waterproof socket (can be three-plug and two-plug), in line with the relevant certification standards -3 certification.
