The steel bracket is made of thin-walled steel, the foot bracket has ground screws at the bottom, and there is piping space between the steel brackets. The cabinet is a wooden component that can be flexibly hung on the steel brackets. Although the material has an anti-corrosive coating on the exterior, it will inevitably rust and is generally used in instrumental analysis rooms. Advantages of steel laboratory furniture: sturdy, beautiful, can be used for more than 10 years to maintain no deformation, strong acid, strong alkali, is the direction of development of laboratory furniture.

All-steel structure: composed of steel bracket, all-steel cabinet, table top, floor feet and other components. Fourth, according to the functional classification.

Chemical test bench top: strong acid, alkali, high temperature resistance; 98% concentrated sulfuric acid; such as solid core physical and chemical board.

Physical test bench top: anti-static, temperature resistance, slip resistance, strong stability; 28% sulfuric acid resistance, surface materials for fire board.

Biological test bench top: waterproof, prevent bacteria density is strong; surface material for stainless steel plate.


Fifth, according to the countertop material classification.

Can be divided into physical and chemical board, epoxy resin board, marble board and ceramic board.

Physicochemical board (VIA) can not directly contact the light flame, 65% nitric acid, chromic acid, hydrofluoric acid has a slight defect, 98% sulfuric acid has a defect;

Epoxy is a high temperature (380°C) resistant polymer material with excellent chemical resistance that can be repaired and restored;

Marble is generally used for high-temperature platforms and overhead platforms, etc. It is resistant to high temperatures, but is easily damaged during transport;

Ceramic is expensive and less used in China. Its high temperature and corrosion resistance.
